Install Team Member / Nursery Worker

4-5 days a week

Starts Early March

We are hiring a full-time or part-time installer and nursery worker. The ideal candidate should enjoy doing physical work outdoors! Landscaping, planting or similar experience preferred. Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and Install plants for customers
• Unload merchandise deliveries that come to the nursery
• Potential to occasionally work with our landscape team
• General nursery work: plant care and grooming, watering, merchandising
• Customer service: assist customers to find what they need in the nursery

Required Skills/Knowledge:

• Landscaping/plant installation experience or willing to learn
• Love of plants and working in a retail environment
• Plant knowledge and/or nursery experience ideal
• Experience operating machinery
• Valid Washington driver’s license
• Communicate well with customers, coworkers, and management
• Able to easily lift 50 pounds
• Able to work outdoors in all weather
• Available weekends

Wages/Benefits:

• Wages range from $18/hr. to $20/hr. depending on experience

Landscape Technician

We are looking for candidates to join our reputable landscape team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of landscaping experience, but we are willing to train the right person. We are offering competitive wages based on your experience and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide team support as needed for irrigation, hardscaping, plant installation, etc.
• Willingness to learn processes and landscaping techniques
• Work independently as well as part of a team

Required Skills/Knowledge:

• Landscaping experience or willing to learn
• Ability to do physical work for the entire shift
• Experience operating machinery such as forklift, dingo, skid steer, landscape truck, etc.
• Experience operating power tools
• Valid Washington driver’s license
• Team player
• Able to easily lift 50 lbs+
• Willing and able to work in inclement weather

Wages/Benefits:

• Wages range from $21/hr. to $28/hr. DOE
